1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the booking of tourism-related services offered by Sharm Homes, an Egyptian tourism services agency based in Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, Egypt.

By using this website or making a booking, the user agrees to these Terms.

2. Role of the Company

The Company acts as an intermediary and booking facilitator between clients and independent third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, excursion operators, restaurants, spas).

The Company does not operate accommodation facilities, vehicles, or excursion activities unless expressly stated.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Service descriptions, prices, and conditions are provided at the time of booking.

The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking for legitimate reasons.

4. Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in the selected currency.

Payments may be processed via secure third-party payment platforms.

The Company does not store payment card information.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the service provider.

Applicable conditions are communicated prior to confirmation.

In case of cancellation by the client, service fees may apply.

6. Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for:

Acts or omissions of third-party service providers

Delays, accidents, injuries, losses or damages occurring during the service

Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, security issues)

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Sinai, Egypt, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
